Hanna and ink on lambskin. All works 6.5’’ x 7.5’’ Lambskin was a gift from a colleague made in Tunis while completing a mural commission for the British Council in 2005 After preparation the works with completed in one sitting with a Chinese brush while listening to the Charlie Rouse recording on Bemsha Swing by Thelonius Monk from the “Best of Thelonius Monk” album. These works were the first series of automatic writings on skin by the artist.
